United Cab was founded over 50 years ago and has since become a leader in the local cab industry, receiving a number of honors in recognition of its outstanding service to the Tampa Bay community. We employ over 75 well-trained employees, including call takers, mechanics, dispatchers, and back office personnel.

United Cab operates as a member of Gulf Coast Transportation, one of the largest public transportation companies on the West Coast of Florida. We feature a fleet of over 300 vehicles, including vans, taxi cabs, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
